Marko ("we", "the service") is an AI co-pilot that helps small business owners create and configure advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) through a conversational interface. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Email address — used to sign in to the service (passwordless, via one-time code).
• Information about the user's product or business, shared during the conversation — used to generate advertising recommendations.
• OAuth access token for the user's Meta advertising account, granted by the user through Meta's official authorization flow — used solely to perform actions the user has explicitly approved (creating campaigns, ad sets, ads).

How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide the service's core functionality: conducting the conversation, generating advertising recommendations, and performing actions in the user's Meta advertising account — only after the user has explicitly approved each such action. The service never modifies a user's advertising account without explicit user approval.

Data Storage and Protection

OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted. We do not share user data with third parties, except where necessary to operate the service (for example, calling Meta's API on the user's behalf, using the token they provided).

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us at the email below. Access to a user's Meta advertising account can also be revoked at any time directly through Facebook/Meta Business Suite settings.
